Refund policy

We know you're going to love our products, but we understand you can't be sure now. That is why we offer a 60 night trial on our Skin Recovering Silk Pillowcase. If for any reason you're not loving your Dore & Rose silk pillowcase, you have up to 60 days to decide, send it back for a full refund. (Please keep in mind, this does not apply to the Skin Recovering Sleep Bundle). 

For all other products, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (This of course does not apply to the pillowcases).

Why can't beauty & health products be returned after being used?

A list of hygiene products that cannot be returned and refunded (the list is not exhaustive): underwear, bikini, sleep masks, hair elastics, make-up, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and safety seriously and do not allow the return of beauty and health products for the safety of all our customers. We are not in this situation alone. Other providers of beauty and health products do not allow returns for the same reasons.

To start a return, you can contact us at hey@doreandrose.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds
If your return is accepted, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

We will charge a small freight fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Special offers
During special discount periods, when we want to provide you with the best deals, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Shipping and return costs for companies are rising incredibly fast, so as a young company we cannot accept returns during these periods. This includes buy one, get one deals and discounts above 20%.
