Yes they are! All Dore & Rose products are made from 100% mulberry silk. Our Dore & Rose silk is made from the thickest and best Momme quality of 22 mm. They comply with the strictest EECOTEX guidelines.
Momme is a Japanese unit of measure and says something about the quality of the silk. The higher the Momme, the thicker the fabric. The thicker the fabric, the longer it lasts and the warmer it is the longer it feels fresh. Our Dore & Rose silk is made from the thickest and best Momme quality of 22 mm.
Silk doesn't just make us feel more elegant. It has very real benefits. It stimulates the immune system, gets rids of stress, gives an extra boost of energy in the morning, gives a fresh and rested look, and gets rid of the dark circles under the eyes.

Traditionally, silk is hand wash and dry clean only. Ours are of the highest quality so they are machine washable, but they are still silk and need as much care as we can give them.
- Hand wash or machine wash at maximum (30°C).
- Minimize spin time
- Hang drying preferably
- Do not use any bleach (we recommend pH-neutral liquid detergent)
- Recommend to use our wash bags
Choose a pillowcase measuring about 2cm longer than the pillow length and about 6cm wider than the pillow width. Though, our pillowcases have a stretch and fit on almost any pillow.
QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERS
Contact email@example.com as early as possible to make the changes. Please be noted that you can not make changes if the order is shipped.
After the order ships out, you will receive a shipment email with the tracking number provided.
Please send us an email immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org with all the important information.
We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped out. So if you have received your shipment confirmation, you cannot cancel the order anymore.
You will have to wait until the package is delivered and then return it according to our return policy.
Netherlands & Belgium- Ordered before 23 p.m, is delivered the next working day.
Rest of Europe- Ordered before 23:00 p.m, is delivered within 2-4 working days.
Rest of the world- Ordered before 23 p.m, is delivered within 3-5 working days.
You don't have to worry about being home, we made sure the package will fit in your mailbox.

For DHL/DPD shipping to the rest of Europe please allow delivery time of 2-4 business days.
Please email us at email@example.com first to submit your ‘changing address’ request.
Generally, we can only update your shipping address before shipment. To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.
We are unable to cancel an order after shipment. Please keep an eye on your order status to make sure you can receive your order.
QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
