At Dore & Rose, we want everyone to be able to browse our collections, find the right fit and shop with ease, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our approach
We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. These are the internationally recognised guidelines for accessible websites. Our work includes:

  • Reviewing new features and page designs for accessibility before they go live.
  • Testing key journeys, such as finding a product, choosing a size and checking out, with screen readers including VoiceOver.
  • Fixing accessibility issues with the same priority as other issues that stop a customer from shopping.

Known limitations
Some parts of our site come from third-party providers, such as product bundles, reviews, videos and chat. We ask these providers to meet the same standard. Some of this content may not yet be fully accessible. We are working with them to improve it.
